User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the VeyroMint website ("Site") and any associated services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3. Nature of Services

VeyroMint provides simulated trading evaluation programs designed to assess traders' skills and risk management capabilities. Our services are educational and evaluative in nature.

• VeyroMint is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment firm.
• We do not accept deposits for investment purposes.
• Users do not risk their own capital in our evaluation programs.
• Funded accounts are simulated environments; profits and losses do not represent live market results.
• Any performance data or payout information displayed is for educational and demonstration purposes only.

4. Account Registration

To access our evaluation programs, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Evaluation Programs and Rules

Each evaluation program (challenge) has specific rules, including but not limited to:

• Profit targets that must be met.
• Maximum drawdown limits (static or trailing) that must not be exceeded.
• Minimum or maximum trading day requirements (if applicable).
• Permitted and prohibited trading activities.

Detailed rules are provided for each plan at the time of purchase. You are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to all applicable rules. Violation of any rule may result in account termination without refund.

6. Fees and Payments

• All fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and are charged in the currency specified.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• All sales are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 7.
• VeyroMint reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing purchases.

7. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable unless the account is "unused." An account is considered unused if the user has not logged into or activated their trading account within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refund requests for unused accounts must be submitted to support@veyromint.com.

Accounts that have been activated, logged into, or where any trading activity has occurred are not eligible for refunds.

8. Profit Splits and Payouts

• Traders who successfully pass the evaluation are eligible for a simulated funded account with profit-sharing arrangements as specified in their plan (up to 95%).
• Payouts are processed upon request and are subject to identity verification.
• VeyroMint reserves the right to review trading activity before processing any payout to ensure compliance with program rules.
• Payout methods include cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) and traditional methods (Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer), subject to availability.
• First payout eligibility begins 7 days after the first trade on a funded account.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Engage in any form of market manipulation, exploitation of platform errors, or latency arbitrage.
• Use multiple accounts to hedge, coordinate, or offset risk.
• Share, sell, or transfer account access to third parties.
• Provide false identity information or fraudulent documentation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending payouts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and trade names - is the property of VeyroMint LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

• The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• VeyroMint does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.
• Trading in financial markets is inherently risky. Simulated results do not guarantee future live trading performance.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from platform downtime, data inaccuracies, or technical issues beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeyroMint LTD, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to VeyroMint in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeyroMint LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Jurisdictional Restrictions

VeyroMint services are not available to residents of the following countries: Cuba, Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Myanmar. By using our services, you confirm that you are not located in or a resident of any restricted jurisdiction.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VeyroMint LTD is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, unless otherwise required by the laws of your jurisdiction.

16. Modifications to This Agreement

VeyroMint reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and VeyroMint regarding your use of the Site and services, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
